A small node on the inside of the cup at the bottom of the screw portion provides the stimulation. This means you'll have to make sure the swollen and perky nipple inside the cup is touching the base of the twist handle and the node at the bottom of it to provide proper connection for the electro stimulation.
Choose a setting on the power unit’s dial to control the intensity and go from a sensuous tingle to a throbbing tap in seconds. Switch between “SLOW” or “FAST” to control the frequency of the stimulation or adjust the dial to control the strength of the stimulation.
