All products are shipped discreetly in a plain package with no indication as to the contents. The return address on your package and your credit card statement will read "Autumn Boutique".
Your privacy is very important to us. I know how irritating and potentially embarrassing it can be to receive adult catalogs, mailing and e-mails. Because of this:
We will NEVER sell or provide your name, address or e-mail address to any company or individual.
We will NEVER send you unsolicited mail, catalogs or any other materials.

 

All online orders are entered through our secure server, using the latest and highest security encryption methods available.

 


United States Shipping / International Shipping Rates

United States Orders:

We offer USPS Priority Mail service (2–3 days) and Express (1–2) service for shipments within the United States. Sorry, Express Mail Service is unavailable for military APO / FPO addresses.

95% of all orders are typically shipped within 1 business day during normal warehouse hours, Monday — Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed before 8:30AM central standard time will be shipped same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. During large sales such as bondage sales and storewide savings, orders may take slightly longer to ship due to high volumes. Orders with custom gear will typically take longer before shipment as we're hand crafting your custom gear to your specifications.


To calculate your shipping rate, please enter your zip code in the «Calculate Shipping» box that appears under your shopping cart contents to the right of your screen. (This link is only visible when items are in your cart.) You will see the shipping costs for both Priority and Express services based on the weight of the contents in your cart.

Backorders:

In the rare instance of backorders, all backordered items are shipped complete when available for a total rate of $9.95 to ship to you.

 

Order Changes / Cancellations:

Your Sub-Shop.com order enters the shipping process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Orders already in the shipping process cannot be modified. Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged and your order processed immediately. Our ordering process is designed to get you your toys and gear quickly so your order will be processed immediately upon placement and sent to our shipping department in our warehouse so you get your order FAST. Because your order will be processed and shipped so quickly, and due to the high volume of orders we receive, we will be unable to change or cancel an order once it's placed. In some cases, you may be able to change or cancel a merchant order in Your Account within 90 minutes after placing the order if the system has not yet sent the order to our warehouse for fulfillment.


International Orders:

International shipments are shipped via Priority Mail International ExpressPriority Mail International or First Class International (when available to order size). Priority Express shipments take only 3–5 days depending on your location (packages to major metropolitan areas are delivered more quickly, those in rural areas sometimes take longer), Priority Mail International takes a little longer at approximately a 25% savings in shipping fees and both can be tracked for verification, and First Class International, while cheapest, does not come with a set arrival estimate.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for local customs and duties, if applicable. We will not refund money due to confiscation of items or packages shipped into countries where customs policies do not allow certain products to enter the country. We will issue a refund for those packages returned to us from customs agencies.

To calculate your shipping rate for your location you will need to begin the checkout process so the proper rate can be found for your exact location including local municipalities and your postal code. In the final tally of your shopping cart before you finalize, you will see the shipping costs for Priority Express service based on the weight of the contents in your cart. You do not need to enter your credit card information or finalize your order if you do not wish to complete your order yet.

All in-stock items are typically shipped either the same day or next business day of your order. We stock every product on our site in our large warehouses, which means you have to wait less! On occassion, popular items may run out of stock resulting in longer shipping times. Orders received before 8:30am central time will be shipped that business day, orders recieved after this time Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. Typical Priority service delivery time is between 2–3 business days (not including holidays and weekends). Please note that during Christmas and Valentines seasons, package carriers are busier which may result in delays.

For expedited services, the day of shipment does not count toward the delivery time, nor do Sundays. For example, a Next Day shipping order placed Thursday before 8:30am will be shipped that day and arrive on Friday. A Next Day shipping order placed Thursday evening after our shipping department is closed would be shipped the next business day (Friday) and would arrive on Saturday.

International shipments take longer due to actual shipping times, transfers, security and customs clearances. Please allow up to several weeks for shipping, customs clearance and delivery unless you choose Priority Express which will reduce shipping time substantially.

You can also send a check or money order to the address below. All personal checks will be held for 10 business days until cleared. Personal checks must have your name, address and telephone number on them.

We do not accept starter checks. All returned checks are subject to a service charge of $25.00.

For quickest and most accurate service, you can place your order by using our online shopping cart to enter your items, including sizes and color variations and our cart will tally your order and shipping charges for you.

To complete a Mail Order, simply print your shopping cart page before placing your order and send it with your check or money order.

Please be sure to include shipping fees with your payment. You can find this by entering your shipping address in our checkout process. You may also use the “Shipping Rate Calculator” in your shopping cart just before checkout.

Be sure to list all size and/or color preferences on select items.

You must include a valid phone number and/or e-mail address with your order or we will be unable to contact you if we have questions on your order and for order and shipping status updates.

All items in our catalog are normally in stock. Occasionally, due to the popularity of certain items, styles or sizes or unavailability from the manufacturer, some items may be out of stock. We make every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours. Orders with back-ordered items will be held for up to 2 weeks until that item is available unless expedited shipping is selected or you request an additional shipment.

Return Policy

Return Period

You can return items within 21 days of receiving them.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items once they have been removed from their original packaging or used:

  • Vibrators
  • Anal toys, beads, and similar items
  • Chastity cages
  • Mouth gags
  • Any other products that come in contact with bodily fluids

Due to health and hygiene concerns, intimate items that have been used or have had their seals broken cannot be returned.

Final Sale Items

All sales of intimate and hygiene-related products are final. This policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new, unused products.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may apply depending upon the item returned.


Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please note that minor cosmetic issues or packaging conditions do not qualify as defects.

We will ask you to return the defective or damaged item to us. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you a new replacement of the same product as quickly as possible.
