When did you first realize you were into bondage?
Very early on, maybe when I was 12 or 13 years old. Can't quite figure out what drove me to it, though. Maybe my very active imagination, lots of curiosity, and a well-stocked tool shed with ropes and other toys.

Do you feel that your desire for bondage is more physical or emotional? (please elaborate)
I think it is more physical, but it comes and goes in waves.
Were lovers accepting of your interest in bondage?
Nope, which is part of the reason why I'm into self bondage.
Please briefly describe your first bondage experience.
That's a difficult one, since it was so long ago. My first "toys" were gauze bandages, which I used to restrain myself. It was a great turn on, even though they weren't very strict. In the meantime I've graduated to leather and steel....
What was your best bondage experience?
Those were dangerous sessions when my release and emergency release both failed. It was scary and exhilarating when I finally got out, without having to call for help.
What is the most creative safeword you have ever used?
Well, for self bondage you don't need a safeword, but an emergency release. Calling for help until the neighbors alert the police is definitely not the best scenario. Also, it doesn't work if you use a gag or a similar device.
What do you feel is most important about the experience of bondage?
For me, it is feeling helpless when I'm tied up, and feeling empowered when I manage to free myself. Also, I need a safe environment before I start a session, which can be tricky during business trips...
What is the best advice you would give to someone just starting out with BDSM?

Well, it is either the Leather Posture Training 3 Ring Bondage Collar or the Night Cap Locking Penis Chastity Set. Both are so strict and well-used.
What is the one sensual fantasy you haven’t lived out yet that you are excited to try?
Tying myself up in a way that is safe and lasts for ~24 hours. So far I've always managed to get out long before.
