Practicing Self-Bondage with Care

There are many things a person can do alone and enjoy, like going to movies, having a bath, practicing bondage… If you have ventured on that fun and adventurous path, you how much fun you can have on your own. The only thing is, sometimes, you kind of wish there were somebody around to help you out zip that catsuit, right? But you know what can improve your overall experience? Doing some fun stretching through bondage! Yes, it is as fun as it sounds.

If you find yourself feeling super tight on your lower limbs, you can consider tying your ankles in the opposite directions of a bed. You will need two fixing points, two ankle cuffs (obviously!), one ring device, rope, a wrist loop, a cinch noose, one or two ice locks, and a knife (to get out). You can dress in something tight, but not too stretchy and can add something extra to the experience. I’m talking about a blindfold, a gag, a plug, a vibrator, whatever you like. And a spreader bar is also a great stretching method, wink*.

Before you start, you should do some light stretching to warm up (yes, just like a work out). When you are ready, put on the ankle cuffs and sit on the floor. Tie down one ankle cuff to one fixing point through an ice lock. Then, tie the other ankle cuff to the other fixing point through the ring device (with the ice lock). Put the rope through the ring; your legs should be spread wide; and remember, don’t pull it too tight. As your arms are not bound yet, lay down on your back. You will do dis carefully, when you sit down you can spread your legs further than when you are laying on your back. Then, tie the pull end of the wrist cinch noose to one of your cuffs or your waist. You will have to make it short, so you will be able to cinch the wrist loop behind your back. Put the ring pull rope within reach and tie your wrists behind your back; when you are done, take the pull rope in your hand and lay down. If you feel there is not enough strain on your muscles, pull the safety ring device rope to open your legs a bit wider. You can enjoy all those sensations, especially if you have toys and then wait for the ice to melt so you can grab the knife and cut the rope.

If you want other scenario, you can try this one. Now, keep in mind this one involves partial suspension, so you will need to be really careful and only do it if you have some sort of experience with it. You will need to find a place where you can put the rope in a way that at least half of you weight should be supported and you will have to measure the height at which your hands (or bound wrists behind your back) will be if you stand on your tiptoes. Keep in mind the idea is to not pull any muscles, but standing on your heels can be somewhat uncomfortable so you can “bounce” a bit to alleviate. You can dress as you want and also add the toy of your choice; if you want, you can also add a crotch rope or a harness.

The supporting rope has to be tied to an ice lock and has to have a cinch noose on one end. You will have to prepare a wrist coil and put a knife nearby, the idea is to reach it with your bound hands. Oh! And don’t bind your legs. When you are ready, stand on something like a stool; cinch your wrists together with the prepared coil and the cinch noose hanging from the rope (through the time lock). Now, slowly and carefully step down and push away from the stool and enjoy the stretching! When the ice lock releases, grab the knife and get out of the bondage.

And lastly, remember to be safe. Although they don’t last long, these scenarios can be quite arduous and tough. So only advanced players should try it. Remember, safety makes up for a great playtime wink*
